Leadership

Observations from the last week or so:

1. Without previous follow through from leadership, teachers WILL NOT take a new initiative seriously or professionally. 
2. Failure to plan all the way through with each detail will lead to complications that needn't be.  Complex ideas and long term processes cannot be determined successfully in a couple hour meeting.
3. Everybody in leadership has different strengths...how do you prop up your weaknesses with those around you?
